These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Darul Quran Academy website and the online Quran and Islamic studies classes we provide. By booking a trial or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
About Us
Darul Quran Academy is based in Bradford, United Kingdom, and provides online one-to-one Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, and Islamic studies tuition to students of all ages worldwide.
Enrolment and Trial Classes
We offer a free trial class so you can experience our teaching before enrolling. Enrolment in paid courses is confirmed once a booking is made and, where applicable, payment is received.
Fees and Payment
Course fees are as displayed on our Pricing page at the time of booking. Fees are payable in advance of each billing period unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to update our pricing, with any changes applying to future billing periods only.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule a class with reasonable notice as agreed with your tutor. Refunds for paid courses are considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us to discuss any concerns about your classes.
Class Conduct
Students and parents/guardians are expected to attend scheduled classes on time and engage respectfully with tutors. We reserve the right to suspend or end lessons in cases of repeated missed classes without notice or inappropriate conduct.
Children and Safeguarding
Where a class is booked for a child, a parent or guardian must be present or reasonably available during lessons. We take safeguarding seriously and expect all interactions with tutors to remain within the lesson's educational purpose.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, and branding belong to Darul Quran Academy and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide reliable, high-quality tuition, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors such as internet connectivity or technical issues beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show when it was last revised.
